3-hour international workshop on ZOOM
Presenter: Lydia Yordanova – MSc in Applied Psychology, Psychodrama therapist and educator
What is Gratitude?
Do we just show good manners or we deeply appreciate what we have received in life as a valuable benefit from the others or due to circumstances?
How often do we feel grateful or we take everything for granted? Can we easily express our gratitude? Are we having difficulty to accept it? All these questions come to our minds more often during this time of isolation and uncertainty.
In this workshop we are going to explore how gratitude could influence our lives, our relationships, our personal growth and well-being by means of expressive arts and psychodrama techniques.
