A Psychodramatic Approach
Directed by Lydia Yordanova – MA in Applies Psychology, Psychodrama therapist and trainer
When listening to Vivaldi’s “Winter” it it could remind us of our own life. High tension as if the wind of life is blowing heavily and we are trembling in the cold snow. Then a gentle violin tune for the beauty around us and for the moments of peace and cosiness with our loving people, family and friends. And again the speed changes to show the alterations that inevitably lead to reaching new levels of our lives, changing our attitudes, feelings and actions.
This amazing life circle will be the matter of our explorations during this 2,5 hour workshop, based on the marvellous Vivaldi’s masterpiece.
Let the journey begin.
